No weekend deliveries possible: The order must be placed before Wednesday 1:00 PM for delivery the same week. Deliveries only take place from Tuesday to Friday.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our product and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.

Ordering Policy: Orders can be placed 24 hours, 7 days a week at www.feelgoodmadeleines.com.

For security reasons, we do not accept order information via email. Cancellation policy or change of order: 

Any changes to the order, including cancellations, must be notified to us before 1 p.m. on the same working day.

If we fall outside this timeline we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.

Handling and freshness: All products shipped from the feelgood madeleine store are delivered from our warehouse at low temperatures.

Place the dough in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt: Products must remain cold until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receipt of the order will be at the expense of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 15 days of receipt of the order.
